In 2009, he moved into project management and specification roles in the construction industry to offer a deep understanding of the client's needs, as well as expert guidance on the projects they are looking to complete. His work has taken him across Europe, where he has worked on large-scale construction projects. James Hartley is an experienced glazing professional with over 20 years in the industry. His career started in his native Scotland, where he worked for a top UK manufacturer as a PVC-U Windows and Doors fabricator on the production line. Here, he gained a wealth of knowledge and skills, serving as a solid foundation for his future endeavors.

James prides himself on his exceptional level of service and specialist technical expertise, making sure every customer is provided with the best solutions to meet their needs. He is also passionate about staying up-to-date on all the latest trends in the glazing industry, making sure his customers have access to state-of-the-art products as well as traditional glazing services. 

James has worked in the Irish Window Industry for the past 10 years, leading installation crews on a vast number of Commercial & Residential Glazing Projects.  James works closely with Engineers & Site Managers from an early stage to ensure every project is delivered to a very high standard and on budget.
